Our containerised seedlings are suitable for planting tubes > 60 mm.

One bag holds 70 containerised seedlings. Five bags fit on one square metre — that is 350 seedlings. For example, if you order 1,000 seedlings, you will need about 3 m² to transport them.

According to Cabinet Regulation No. 308 the minimum required number of trees per hectare depends on the tree species:

• Scots pine — 2,000 trees/ha
• Silver birch — 1,500 trees/ha
• European beech — 1,500 trees/ha

The State Forest Service (VMD) accepts a stand as regenerated once conifers have reached a height of 0.1 m and broadleaves 0.2 m. When planted with RAIRU containerised seedlings, the area can be handed over to the State Forest Service as a forest stand.

For a hedge, beech should be planted every 30–50 cm, depending on the desired density:

• Single row — 3 plants per metre (every ~33 cm). Suitable for most hedges.
• Double row (zigzag) — 4–5 plants per metre (two rows ~30 cm apart). A denser result, especially in winter.

For hedges we recommend containerised beech seedlings.

If any invoice is not paid within 3 working days, all invoices for the order are cancelled. In that case, seedling availability is not guaranteed. If the seedlings are still available, new invoices are issued, with the price set separately according to the quantity on each invoice.

Yes. An order can be split into up to 2 invoices free of charge. To keep the volume price, both invoices must be paid within 3 working days. If more than 2 invoices are needed for one order, an administration fee of EUR 10.00 (incl. 21% VAT) applies to each additional invoice.

The volume price applies to the whole order if all invoices are paid within 3 working days. If any invoice is paid later, the price for each invoice is set separately — according to the quantity on that invoice.

One order is a specific quantity of seedlings agreed at the time the order is placed. Once the order has been paid for and the seedlings collected, it is closed. If more seedlings are needed later, they are placed as a new, separate order, regardless of the quantities of previous orders.
